We only collect personal information that you choose to give us directly:

  • Contact form: your name, email address, company name (optional), and the message you send us.
  • Chat widget:if our chat assistant can't answer your question and you choose to be connected to a real person, we ask for your name and email address so we can follow up.

We do not use cookies, analytics, or any tracking technologies on this Website. We don't collect any information about you simply for browsing the site.

4. How we use your information

We use the information you provide only to:

  • Respond to your enquiry or message;
  • Follow up on a project or job you've asked us about; and
  • Keep a record of our correspondence with you, so we can provide better ongoing support.

5. Sharing your information

We use Resend, a transactional email delivery service, to send messages submitted through our contact form and chat widget to our inbox. Resend processes this data on our behalf as our data processor and does not use it for its own purposes.

If you choose to continue a conversation with us on WhatsApp via a link from our chat widget, that conversation takes place on WhatsApp's own platform, operated by Meta, and is governed by WhatsApp's own privacy policy, not this one.

We do not sell, rent, or otherwise share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.

6. Data retention

We keep correspondence (such as emails from the contact form) for as long as reasonably necessary to respond to your enquiry, maintain a record of our relationship with you, and meet any legal or accounting obligations — after which it is deleted.

  • Ask us what personal information we hold about you, and request a copy;
  • Ask us to correct inaccurate information;
